Munduk Waterfall, Hidden Waterfall

Bali, a small beautiful island with a lot of tourism potential both from natural and cultural aspects. Bali Island consists of 9 regencies which each of them has its own unique and interesting tourism objects. Buleleng is one of the regencies which can offer many interesting things for its visitors. This regency is on the northern area of Bali Island with its capital named Singaraja. Located mostly on the shore of North Bali, Buleleng has a lot of potential tourism objects which need to be exposed, for example “Munduk Waterfall”.

It is one of the fabulous waterfall on the island that is located in the village of Munduk, north Bali. The path down to the waterfall is densely planted with clove and coffee trees as well as Avocado, Taro, Banana and some Durian tree. You can have such a great exercise while learning about the local farm and getting to know better of the local vegetation along the path down to the mighty waterfall. Munduk lies on the altitude of about 800 meters above sea level is offering such a fresh mountain air and far out of pollution.

If you visit Munduk Waterfall , you will be through the steep way.  In the leftside and rightside of steep way , you will find garden clove, and coffee. And then on the way , you will find small poll , its called “Pancoran”, and the view of the Munduk Waterfall is very beautiful. It is a 15-meter high waterfall located close to the coffee plantation. The water of the Munduk Waterfall with sulfur content has been known as traditional treatment for skin diseases, therefore the water is believed to cure skin diseases like : dermatitis, itching,etc.

In addition to this waterfall, there is a simple restaurant when you are thirsty or hungry. Splashing water and chirping birds are numerous and create an atmosphere of calm and peace.

All of people in the world said ; Bali is a Paradise. Bali famous with tourism destination and tourism culture. Bali has many popular tourism objects. This regency is on the northern area of Bali Island with its capital named Singaraja. Located mostly on the shore of North Bali, Buleleng has a lot of potential tourism objects which need to be exposed, for example Hidden Hot Spring “Banyuwedang Hot Spring”. If you have already heard about Banjar Hot Spring, Banyuwedang Hot Spring is located on far West of Buleleng, in Gerokgak District.

Uniquely, this hot spring is located on the seaside, as if the sea has changed into a kind of big hot water pool. This hot spring is also surrounded by vast mangrove and beautiful North Sea of Bali.

Fact about Banyuwedang Hot Spring :

1.      Temperature of hot water in banyuwedang hot spring average 40 degrees Celsius . Water with sulfur content has been known as traditional treatment for skin diseases, therefore, the hot water is believed to cure skin diseases and many surrounding communities as well as tourists visiting this place. This hot spring is the main mascot hot spring baths.

2.      You can still enjoy this hot spring as a place for escaping your tiring routine and refreshing your mind and body.

Banyuwedang now has been completed with a lot of public facilities such as wide parking area, toilets, and some small restaurants or food stalls. Just like the other hot springs, Banyuwedang is not only completed with bathing area, but also completed swimming pool. If you don’t want to swim, you can still bath inside the private bathing room which is completed with hot water shower as if it is a bathroom in your room or hotel. This room is located separately between men and women.

Last time, I have been visited Banyuwedang Hot Spring ,it is a perfect place for you who want to escape from you daily routine and the bustle of big city because it is located in a tranquil village where there are still a few people there even though it is located on the side of the road. After that you can continue your trip to Lovina Beach, having lunch here.

This regency is on the western area of Bali Island with its capital named Jembrana. Located mostly on the shore of West Bali, Negara has a lot of potential tourism objects which need to be exposed, for example “Blimbingsari Village”.

Blimbingsari village is a village of ten villages in the district Melaya Jembrana, is one of the villages are predominantly Protestant and Hindu. Blimbingsari Village is a village with acculturation of Christian Protestant and Hindu Religion. 

The uniqueness of Blimbingsari Village :

1.      The two buildings are very magnificent church that is in the  Banjar Blimbingsari and Ambyarsari with ornaments carvings on each corner of the church is very characteristic of Balinese culture, as well as of ways to give names to children as Putu, Made, Nyoman and Ketut is no stranger to hear.

2.      Especially Christmas and Easter and other festivals, the people here with a very enthusiastic to put penjor, even if the presumption does not attach penjor seem less festive feast, not that, at the time held a service in the Church.

3.      Christians came to use the traditional Balinese dress like kamben, udeng, kebaya and so forth as well as pastors who will bring the Word / who presided over the service also uses language that is characteristic of Bali.

4.      The Balinese are Bali gambelan worn as a tool to accompany the liturgical / praise, this is one tourist attraction to see up close how the mix of cultures that happen.

Last time, my friends and I have been visited Blimbingsari Village. This village is very beautifull place, tradition in this village is very unique, and  local society is friendly. Blimbingsari Village has been completed with public facilities such as homestay, church, temple, parking area, toilet, and small restaurant. SOKA BEACH

ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH AT “ SOKA BEACH” , HIDDEN BEACH IN BALI

            Bali is the popular island in the world, many tourist come to Bali, beacause Bali is the most beautiful island. Bali is  most popular destination. Bali have many famous tourism destination , if you wanna spend your holiday, while enjoy the beauty of natural, feel the silent , please come to Bali. Beside  Bali  have many tourism destination, the local people in Bali is very friendly.

            Soka beach is one of beautiful beach in Bali, but the location of Soka beach is far from Airport Ngurah Rai. Soka beach is hidden beach in Bali. Soka beach is located in Antap village, Selemadeg district, Tabanan , Bali. Soka beach is located on west Bali around 10 km west to Tabanan city and around 2 hours from International Airport Ngurah Rai. The place is on the traffic between Gilimanuk and East Bali.

Soka beach is the beautiful beach with the black sand, unique coral. Many activities that you can do in this beach , like Surfing, Diving, Snorkling, and Fishing. The wave in this beach is very good for surfing. If you like fishing, you can fishing in this beach with the local fisherman. When you fishing, you can using the traditional boat, or modern boat. Beside that, in the afternoon you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.  So,, are you intersting to visit Soka Beach??

           

 Guys do you know, what is the uniqueness of this coral???

The uniqueness of this coral is the shape of this coral visible as Kebo Iwa Caldron or”Periuk Kebo Iwa” in Balinese language. The story of this coral, the local people in Antap village , believe that , long time ago the caldron was used by Kebo Iwa for cook the rice. In the west side there is an original big coral. The local people in Antap village , believe that the original big coral is the Kebo Iwa Kitchen. In there place , Kebo Iwa cook  with the caldron Kebo Iwa. Kebo Iwa is the famous figure in Wayang story. And then in the east side of Soka beach, there is a cave on the coral, it’s called Bulung Daya Cave. In Bulung Daya Cave , there are many swallow.

            Beside, you can enjoy the beautiful beach, see the unique coral, in this beach also complete with tourism facilities like parking area, Hotel and Restaurant. One of Restaurant in this beach, it’s called Soka Indah Restaurant. The famous food are available in this restaurant like sea food, Balinese food,and Indonesian food. You can enjoy the beautiful beach, and sunset in the afternoon while enjoy the coconut ice. Free enterance fee, if you visit Soka Beach.
